IC107C5EBK - ICC Cat5e In-Line Keystone Modular Coupler, Black
The ICC IC107C5EBK Black Cat5e In-Line Keystone Modular Coupler is designed to support the connection of two (2) CAT 5e cables in a keystone wall plate or blank patch panel applications. The cables can be patch cables or bulk cable but both must have a Cat5e RJ45 connector terminated on them. The IC107C5EBK will accept an RJ45 connector on both sides.
The ICC IC107C5EBK will easily snap into any standard face plate, surface mount box, furniture face plate, and/or blank patch panel. Many professional installers prefer attaching cables via connectors instead of punching them down. Using RJ45’s connector types makes future moves, adds, and changes much more easier and faster.
The ICC IC107C5EBK is an 8-position 8-conductor RJ-45 module jack to jack coupler that has been tested to ensure that it surpasses Category 5e specifications without degradation in performance. The IC107C5EBK in-line coupler exceeds ANSI/TIA/EIA-568-B.2 Category 5e connecting hardware requirements. It is compatible with all faceplates, inserts, surface mount boxes, and blank patch panels in residential and commercial cabling installations.
