Cabling Plus - Return/Exchange Policy
Our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee:
Cabling Plus provides a 30-day money back guarantee on all products purchased, except special order items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or need to exchange your product, simply notify us by phone at 1-855-818-5556 and we will immediately issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. All product must be un-used and returned in original condition. The 30 day money back guarentee starts from the day the transaction is made. Any shipping charges accrued from Cabling Plus are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Cabling Plus error. If product is not received at our location within 30 days there will be a 20% re-stocking fee assessed.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
Batteries, transformers, wire and software that has been opened cannot be returned. In addition, clearance items are sold as is and cannot be returned or exchanged for another product unless found immediately defective. If the product is defective upon receipt the customer may elect to receive store credit from Cabling Plus or a full refund.
Our Return Shipping Instructions:
Return the merchandise to us within 30 days of your original receipt of the order. (Shipping discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery)
You MUST call Customer Care at 1-855-818-5556 during normal business hours Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. for RMA number if you do not already have one.
- The products must be returned in new, re-salable condition:
- Include all original packaging materials.
- Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged.
- All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.
- Any programming MUST be reset back to factory default.
Carefully repackage and double-box the merchandise with the RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the package.

- We recommend items be shipped with a tracking number.
- You must pay any return shipping expense unless the return is due our error.
- You are also responsible for shipping fees if an order is refused at delivery.
- Returns that do not meet all of the above stated conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good order in accordance with the above and within 30 days of original delivery, we will issue credit to your charge account. You may elect to receive store credit toward another purchase or to simply receive a refund. Allow 14 business days for any refunds.
